- Ads on RealEscort are curated.
- Each ad undergoes approval before display.
- Advertising payment covers approval, rejection, ad review, content compliance checks, and continued ad monitoring.
- Advertising payments are non-refundable once the curation process has started, whether it is approved or rejected.
- If an ad or account is terminated, deleted, or rejected, payments are non-refundable.
- Each ad is personal. Replacing the individual in your ad with someone else is a violation, leading to the ad being marked as fake and terminated or deleted.

For the first 7 days online, advertising costs increase. In the first 14 days, ads have a 'Trial Period' banner, urging caution to visitors. - Prices listed do not include VAT or service charges unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time as deemed necessary and appropriate.
- Payment Discrepancies:
- Any payment issues or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days. Issues not addressed within this timeframe will be considered abandoned, and the payment will be forfeited.
- Wire transfers missing the correct amount or essential information, such as order numbers or references, will also be considered abandoned after 7 days if unclaimed, resulting in the loss of the payment.

Though we review ads, blogs, texts, reviews, etc. for errors and rule violations content compliance, there's no guarantee of accuracy. You are solely responsible for all content you publish on our platform. We provide guidance, but compliance with laws and regulations ultimately rests with you.
Advertiser Account Closure & Data Retention:
Accounts that are terminated will lose all data, ads, wallet credits, and everything else! Some data may be kept for security, legal compliance, and accountability purposes for 2 years or longer.

Additional Violations and Penalties:
- Violating our guidelines, usage terms, or policies, including any attempts manipulate the system in any way, will result in immediate termination of the ad or account and possible 2 Year ban from accessing or utilizing our platform.
- Be aware that all account settings, payments, and associated data will be permanently lost.
- In rare cases, a single warning may be issued via the support center mailbox. It is the user’s responsibility to check and respond to these messages promptly. Ignoring or dismissing these communications does not absolve users from the consequences of violations.
Scammers Will Be Ignored:
Following the account termination notification, no further communication from scammers will be acknowledged or responded to under any circumstances. They have already been provided with all necessary details to fully understand the severity of their actions and the consequences imposed. Any attempts to contact us will be met with absolute silence, as their behavior has eliminated any right to further engagement.
